Individual therapy is when a therapist helps a client work thru personal issues and is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental illnesses. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process stressors and support you as we work together to maintain goals. Theoretical approaches include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), and nueroscience.

Therapy Session

Traditional counseling methods consider the psychological ramifications of issues and behaviors. Holistic counseling assesses and treats from physical and spiritual contexts, as well as psychological or mental ones. Some  holistic approaches include energy work, healthy lifestyle, Law of Attraction, mindfulness, & meditation.

As a member of LGBTQ+ community, I understand the identities, experiences, and systemic barriers those within the community face. Being a sexual or gender minority is normal and valid. I support and nurture sexual and gender expression and identity, rather than trying to change it.


Racial Justice Allied



We operate on telehealth only. Telehealth allows you to receive therapy from your home or location of your choice. Telehealth services are covered by most insurances and are compliant with HIPPA regulations. Benefits of telehealth include flexible scheduling and convenience. Telehealth requires a HIPPA compliant, secure platform which is provided by Co-Creation Counseling. All you need for telehealth is a phone, computer or tablet and high speed internet.
